I had an excellent experience shopping for a new Polaris UTV at Berglund Outdoors. I called before I visited and the sales person (Tim Mays) was both knowledgeable and helpful. I had several options for dealerships to work with, and chose Berglund based on my phone call.
My visit there was just days before Christmas (2017). I test drove a 2018 Ranger XP 1000, negotiated the terms of the deal with Tim (including a winch, windshield, and roof), and completed the transaction with the help of Pete Peters, GMgr, within two hours of arriving there. That's my kind of service!
Initially, they didn't think they could prep the vehicle before Christmas, but Pete shuffled things around and made it happen. He even arranged delivery to my farm, about an hour away, and spent the time to teach me a few things about the machine.
I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Ranger, and I would recommend Berglund Outdoors to anyone considering an ATV or UTV.
